Hi there! Just a quick intro – I’m a 35 year old, mother of two, who needs some help getting back into shape.
I just wanted to ask if you have any tips on how to lose all the weight a mama gains during her pregnancy? After a couple of years, I am still struggling to get back to a semblance of my pre-pregnant self! It seems that all the “padding” the pregnancy created around my belly to protect the baby in my tummy is still there (sans the baby) !

Thank you for your letter. I totally understand and hear you. Losing post-pregnancy weight is a struggle a lot of us moms have to deal with. I still remember wearing my maternity jeans when my first child was already 6 months old and I told myself – “Enough! This has to stop.” Here are some tips that can hopefully help you get back into shape:
