Throughout my life, I have been lucky to traverse many diverse paths. My teens and twenties were an exciting decade that had me trekking around the world for modeling and television hosting. This ignited my love affair with travel. Highlights included being a regional veejay for Channel [V] International and co-hosting one of the longest running lifestyle shows on Philippine television (“F”). On the entrepreneurial side I dabbled in retail with my Tabu Swimwear boutique, published a coffee table book, and was even part-owner of an events company.
But nothing has been quite as thrilling, gratifying and (oftentimes) downright scary as the role of my lifetime: MAMA! It has been the most rewarding and challenging phase of my life and I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world. I live for my three beautiful kids and my amazing husband, my four wonderful reasons.
Having children has been an incredibly transformative experience for me and I believe that being a mom has made me a better version of myself. The epicenter of my life is my family. I discovered a love of all things related to motherhood, the good, the bad, and even the ugly.
Through this motherhood juggernaut, I have uncovered new and exciting passions such as health and wellness, vegetarianism, and dedicating myself and my family to living a kinder, greener way of life.
This is what my website is all about. Sharing my enthusiasm about green living and encouraging women out there to take steps to do the same. There’s also lots of travel tips and places to visit.
I’m also on a mission to find beauty products that don’t contain harmful chemicals, provide homemade alternatives and how-tos for women who don’t necessarily have the time to spend on complicated beauty routines. We all want to look great but I want to make the information on how to do it the healthier way accessible to my readers.
I’m obsessed with yoga, running, clean eating and the pursuit of wellness in general. I want to inspire women to take control of their wellbeing to lead a happier, more nourishing, and LONGER life.
